The original owners and founders of the business continue to develop and craft the products ready to be enjoyed by millions of discerning consumers.
This new franchise opportunity offers the Franchisee a complete turnkey solution, with the Franchisor fully responsible for site selection and approval, lease negotiations, ongoing business training and support. Store project management design and installation, is executed by highly experienced and professional contractors who are answerable to the Franchisor.
This turnkey process takes the pressure of immediate time consuming activity away from the Franchisee, and allows them to concentrate on the new business to be opened. Part of this full turnkey model is assistance with finance applications and business plans, should they be necessary for a financial loan to help fund the investment.

The cost for a new turnkey franchise is R789 000.00 excluding VAT and Baglios Franchising requires that the franchisee / investor has a minimum of 40% of the franchise cost as own unencumbered cash contribution towards the total cost, as well as at least R50 000.00 extra as working capital to assist during the early development phase of the new business.
Regardless of the possible financial gearing or loan facility that a franchisee / investor may secure from an external institution, the franchisor reserves the right to strictly adhere to this funding policy to protect the interests of the business model, the overall financial viability of the business and Return On Investment (ROI).
Franchise Costs Include
• The rights to operate under the Baglios name and business model.
• Assistance with finance application and business plans.
• Initial franchise legal costs for documentation.
• Full turnkey and project management for new stores.
• Initial in-store training and Operations Manual.
• Opening stock and staff uniforms.
• Opening marketing material.

An upfront non-refundable Franchise Fee of R80 000.00 (excluding VAT) is required with a signed Franchise Agreement in order to secure a Franchise for a particular area or site.
Management Service Fee
A fee of 6% (excluding VAT) of the gross turnover per month or minimum amount of R3000.00 (excluding VAT) per month, whichever is the greater. The fees are paid to the franchisor by Debit Order on the seventh day of each month in arrears.
Marketing Fee
A fee of 3% (excluding VAT) of the gross turnover per month or minimum amount of R1000.00 (excluding VAT) per month, whichever is the greater. The fees are paid to the franchisor by Debit Order on the seventh day of each month in arrears.
